Five Star 9.5" x 6" Spiral Notebook

These exercise bands are only $11 on Amazon. They could be used for an at home workout, at the gym for a warm up, or for rehab. I LOVE using bands to warm up my shoulders especially before lifting. These are easy to pack around with you as well.
